EL Oils have been trading in some capacity for the last 50 years and is run by the 3rd generation of the Osborn family. Our ethos is all about service. We have never been taken over by a soulless corporate entity so we are able to offer a more personal touch. It’s not unheard of that our CEO will deliver your order!
Grandad Sid set up the foundations of the company in 1967 supplying fuel, oils and lubricants to local farmers and residential, domestic homes.
Then Daddy Paul took over the reins and refocused the fuel, oils and lubricant business to support generator companies which resulted in significant company growth. This was back in the days of the fax machine where orders were off the scale, so much paper!
Now Daughter Emma heads up the EL Oils and Halso operation. We now embrace ALWAYS being there for our customers – 24/7 – 365. We still supply fuel, oils and lubricants to our local farmers and domestic, residential customers but now we also service commercial clients nationwide.
EL Oils is a very proud family business with high standards, currently working in its third generation offering a personal service to all customers. We consistently apply our partnership working approach and want to seamlessly support all of our commercial or domestic clients with their fuel, oil and lubricant needs. DID YOU KNOW…
EL Oils head office is an old aeroplane hangar in Fradley near Lichfield, Staffordshire. There is a story of a headless pilot who haunts the airfield and its surrounding area whose presence has been felt by a number of the EL Oils Halso staff.
